Terms & Conditions – Time Deal

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Time Deal mobile application and related services provided by Cocochéba.

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Nature of the Service

Time Deal is a digital tool designed to help families manage screen time through tasks, rewards, and time-based access.

The app allows parents to:

- assign tasks

- grant or deduct screen time

- manage usage through Apple Screen Time integration

The app is an organizational and educational tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or behavioral treatment.

3. Eligibility and Child Use

The app is intended for use by parents or legal guardians (18+).

Children may use the app only under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or guardian.

The parent is fully responsible for:

- managing child profiles

- assigning tasks and rules

- supervising how the app is used

4. User Responsibility

You agree that:

- All actions taken within the app are initiated and controlled by you

- Screen time limits and rules are defined by the parent, not enforced independently by Cocochéba

- The app provides tools, not guarantees

You remain fully responsible for:

- parenting decisions

- screen time rules

- how children interact with devices

5. Screen Time Integration

Time Deal may connect to Apple Screen Time features.

You acknowledge that:

- Apple provides and controls these system-level restrictions

- Cocochéba does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free enforcement

- Technical limitations, device settings, or OS updates may affect behavior

6. Accounts

You are responsible for:

- keeping your login information secure

- all activity within your account

- managing access to child profiles

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Time Deal may offer premium features via subscription.

a) Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or other providers.

b) Free Trials

Free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the end.

c) Cancellation

You can cancel anytime via your App Store settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

d) Refunds

Refunds are handled by the App Store according to their policies.

8. No Guarantees

Time Deal does not guarantee:

- reduced screen time

- behavior change

- improved habits

Results depend entirely on how the app is used.

9. Availability and Changes

The app may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable at any time.

Features may change without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software are the property of Cocochéba.

You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocochéba is not liable for:

- misuse of the app

- parenting decisions

- technical failures or interruptions

- loss of data or incorrect time tracking

- consequences of screen time restrictions or lack thereof

You use the app at your own responsibility.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

The app is designed to minimize data usage and keep control with the user.

13. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg and applicable EU law.
