Time Deal is operated by Cocochéba, Luxembourg.

Cocochéba is responsible for how personal data is handled within the app.

This Privacy Policy explains how data is used when you use Time Deal.

All data processing follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable European Union law.

1. What this app does

Time Deal helps families manage screen time in a simple, structured way.

Parents set rules.

Children earn time.

The app keeps track.

That’s it.

2. Where your data lives

Your personal app data stays on your device.

We store locally:

• child profiles (name, settings)

• tasks and progress

• earned and spent time

• app settings

There is no external database for your personal app data.
No cloud storage is used for tasks, profiles, or activity.

Exception:
Subscription-related data may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat to manage purchases and access to paid features.

3. Photo proof (optional)

If a child submits a photo as proof of a task:

- it is stored locally on the device

- it is automatically deleted:

- after parent approval or rejection

- or after 24 hours

Photos are never uploaded or shared.

4. Screen Time control (iOS)

If you activate Screen Time mode:

- the app connects to Apple’s Family Controls

- selected apps can be blocked or allowed based on available time

Important:

- we do not see which apps are used

- we do not track behavior

- we do not access any content

All enforcement is handled by Apple’s system.

5. Notifications

If enabled, the app may send simple notifications like:

- “Task waiting for review”

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

6. No tracking. No ads.

We do not:

• track user behavior

• run ads

• sell data

• use third-party analytics

We only use essential services required for the app to function:

• Apple (payments and system integration)

• RevenueCat (subscription management)

7. Families and children

This app is designed for parents and their children.

Parents stay in control of:

- settings

- approvals

- access

8. Subscriptions and payments

If you choose to purchase a subscription:

• payments are processed by Apple (App Store)

• we use RevenueCat to manage subscription status

RevenueCat may process:

• an anonymous user identifier

• purchase and subscription status

• basic device-related information

We do not receive or store payment details.

This data is used only to:

• unlock paid features

• manage subscription access

RevenueCat acts as a data processor.

9. Legal basis for processing

We process data based on:

• your use of the app (performance of the service)

• your consent for optional features (such as notifications or photo proof)

10. Your control

You can delete your data at any time:

• delete tasks or profiles inside the app

• or remove all data by uninstalling the app

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your data

• correct your data

• delete your data

• restrict processing

Because your data is stored locally, deleting the app removes your data completely.
